All valuations are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Valuations Standards. The practise has developed standard valuation reports which comply with the Practise Statements,Guidance Notes and Appendices within the Standards.
The Company adopts a professional and economic outlook to instructions and has built up a reputation for delivering a high quality of service, while the directors of the practise have in depth first hand knowledge of the Kent property market due to the fact that the commercial agency is one of the Company's principal activities.
